Eiffel Tower Experience
At a Glance
What is it?
A 1/2 size scale replica of the Eiffel Tower in France soaring some 50 stories above The Strip. Near the top, an observation deck offers stunning views.
Where is it?
At Paris Las Vegas on the Center Strip.
Is it worth the cost?
A little expensive but you can’t beat the views. If money is an issue, go during the daytime when the admission fee is cheaper.
What else do I need to know?
If you are at all afraid of heights, avoid this one like the plague. The elevators are glass and the observation deck is very small (holding only about 30-40 people at a time). Definitely not for the faint of heart.
What’s the bottom line?
If you have the stomach for it, and want some cool pictures to take home to bore the neighbors with, this is the place you should go. Oh, it’s a great place to catch the Bellagio Fountains show happening right across the street.
Not able to go to Europe to see the actual Eiffel Tower? You’re in luck because all you have to do is go to Vegas and you can see a half-size replica at Paris Las Vegas.
The dizzying ride up in the elevator is a little disconcerting to those with height fears but once you get up to the top it’s not so bad since the viewing platform is fully enclosed. I have pretty bad vertigo and I didn’t have much of an issue once I got up there.
The viewing platform is small – it only holds about 30-40 people at a time and folks can be a wee bit aggressive in hogging the best views, especially if the Bellagio Fountain show is going off across the street. Go in the early morning for the lightest crowds.
It’s not cheap but it does offer some of the best views of the Vegas Strip so if you’re looking for a good photo opportunity it might just be worth it.
